IDIS China Program invites you to the lecture: “EU-China Relations in the Era of Trump: Between Hope and Hostility” by Thomas Christiansen, Professor of Political Science and European Integration, Libera Università Internazionale degli Studi Sociali (LUISS), Rome.

About the speaker:
Thomas Christiansen is a Professor at LUISS University in Rome and is visiting Panteion University within the framework of a new Erasmus+ agreement between the two institutions.

He has previously taught at Maastricht University, Aberystwyth University (Wales), the University of Essex, and the European Institute of Public Administration. His research focuses broadly on the institutional functioning of the European Union and its external relations. He is Executive Editor of the Journal of European Integration and co-directs (with Professor Sophie Vanhoonacker) the book series European Administration Governance published by Palgrave Macmillan.
